We know you are busy making bank and raising funds for your awesome cause and have a lot more important things to do than worry about centerpieces for your board luncheon, staff appreciation event, fundraiser, gala, or company holiday party. That’s why we made ordering flowers for your event whether it’s a handful of centerpieces for an office retirement party or 40 tables for a gala, all you have to do is pick your favorite collection and tell us how much you need. We have over 20 popular event color palettes already designed and photographed. We just need to get them uploaded here for you. Check back soon for individual package details, but in the meanwhile, you can browse collections on the link below.

Here’s how it works…

Place your orders at least 14 days prior to your event delivery date.
There is a $650 minimum purchase amount. A 25% retainer is due to reserve your date, with remaining balance due 30 days before your event. Please note that when submitting your wishlist it will ask for payment info, but none is needed to start your wishlist proposal. Just enter your contact information.
Any of the arrangements here can also be changed in color to match your event theme or branding. Just tell us in the Notes Section of your Wishlist Form. Ex). “We love the Blue Wild flower collection, but need to have yellow added to match our logo.”
Don't forget to add on convenient a la-carte decor like votive candles, LED pillar candles, greenery, and more.
Remember that each arrangement comes in Bud Vases, Small, Medium, and Large. Within each style, you may want to get a variety of size combinations. For example, in the “Elegant Evergreen” you may order 20 Large for Guest Dinner Tables, 8 Medium for Registration & Bars, and 24 Bud Vases to accent Cocktail Hour Tables.

Flower Arrangement Sizing

Pictured above is our “Hydrangea Heaven” in three different sizes. If you need larger custom pieces or taller centerpieces, let us know in the Notes Section of your Wishlist and we’ll quickly get you the pricing for the custom pieces you need added.

Bud Vases: Typically grouped in clusters of 1 to 3 for Bistro or Cafe Tables under 3ft round, grouped in clusters of 3 to 5 bud vases with votive or pillar candles for guest tables 4ft to 6ft round. (Not pictured above, but are in the Collections posted below.)
Small: Great for Bistro and Cafe Tables, Buffet Accents or for tables under 4ft round.
Medium: Ideal for 4ft to 5ft round guest tables and as accents pieces on registration tables, bars and food stations.
Large: Perfect for 5ft or 6ft round guest tables or grouped 2 to 3 per kings or farmhouse tables.
Long and Low: This large oblong piece is perfect for long farm house tables, in front of podiums or lining stages, or can even be hung from box hedge walls, or other vertical displays. (Not pictured above, but are in the Collections posted below.)
